The manufacture of the Sydney 2000 Paralympic Games Victory Medals was a joint undertaking by The Perth Mint and the Royal Australian Mint in Canberra. The Perth Mint produced the Gold Victory Medals.

The medals were designed by Geelong born Dr Stuart Devlin AO CMB, who in 1982 was appointed goldsmith and jeweller to Her Majesty the Queen Elizabeth II. One side of the medal features the Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House surrounded by images of seven of the Paralympic sports venues. The other side depicts the Sydney Paralympic Organising Committee and International Paralympic Committee logos.
